Practice Seeing

Experiencing the reassuring, transformative, and hope-giving power of God’s gracious gaze in Christ means we must practice seeing Christ’s glory. As our King of kings, his face is our life.
In the light of a king’s face there is life, and his favor is like the clouds that bring the spring rain. (Prov. 16:15)
As we practice seeing his face, we will become “wise for salvation” (2 Tim. 3:15).
Who is like the wise? And who knows the interpretation of a thing? A man’s wisdom makes his face shine, and the hardness of his face is changed. (Eccles. 8:1)
